What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders 1–2 business days before the delivery date to ensure timely delivery. If your order hasn’t been shipped within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team so we can assist you.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents?

As per company policy, shipments cannot be opened before delivery. However, you may accept the shipment and contact us later if you have any concerns.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

Orders are delivered by the date shown on the product page for your selected location.

What are the standard shipping speeds and delivery charges?

Delivery charges and timelines vary based on the seller, product type, price, order value, and delivery pincode. You can view the delivery timeline and charges on the product page by entering your delivery pincode.

When will I get my order once its status changes to “Out for Delivery”?

Once your order is out for delivery, please wait until 11:00 PM for delivery. For faster delivery options, the exact delivery time will be mentioned on the product page.

Why am I unable to order some products?

Delivery availability depends on product dimensions, weight, seller location, and serviceability of the delivery partner. Please update your delivery address to check product availability for your location.

Are Same-Day or In-a-Day delivery options available for returns?

No. However, we try to arrange pickup and replacement as quickly as possible through our courier partners.

What should I do if I find the package open or tampered with on delivery?

Please do not accept visibly tampered packages. If accepted and an issue is found later, contact Customer Support immediately with photos for assistance.

Why did the delivery executive refuse to pick up my return?

Delivery executives verify return eligibility based on the selected reason. If the product does not meet the criteria, pickup may be refused. Please ensure the correct return reason is selected and ask the executive for clarification if needed.

Can my order be prioritised or delivered faster?

Delivery dates are set by sellers based on processing timelines and logistics. While prioritisation is not possible, orders usually arrive on or before the scheduled date.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

If your delivery is delayed, a revised delivery date will be shared via SMS or email. You can also check the updated status in the “My Orders” section.

My order status shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received the package.
